The VIETNAM NATIONAL UNIVERSITY – HO CHI MINH CITY (VNU-HCM) will organize the 1st Solid-State Systems Symposium – VLSI & Related Technology – (4S-2010) from June 17 through 18, 2010, in HO CHI MINH City, Vietnam.
The symposium will include a keynote, invited talks, panel discussions, tutorials and technical sessions.
The symposium will serve not only as a forum for scientific and technical exchange among researchers and experts, to bring together scientists and engineers engaged in research, development, manufacture and applications of VLSIs and related technology, but also as a state-academy-industry communication platform among political, economical, industrial and entrepreneurial leaders on a concerted effort in contributing to the development and the support of a VLSI industry in Vietnam.
A contest on Analog IC’s (AICD) for university and college students will be organized along with the Symposium, with the sponsorship of Analog Devices Inc., and Synopsys Inc.
A post-symposium weekend sightseeing tour will also be considered.
Official language: Vietnamese and/or English.
